About Jennifer Brooks
Jennifer Brooks founded Brooks HR Consulting after spending twelve years as an HR director at a mid-size Oklahoma City company. She now works with small businesses that have outgrown informal people management but are not yet ready to hire a full-time HR professional. Her services range from employee handbooks and compliance audits to full payroll administration and benefits management. Jennifer joined ThinkBiz South because her ideal clients — growing businesses with 5 to 50 employees — are the same businesses that other members in the group serve.
