Missy Webb is a dynamic real estate agent, leader, and coach with over a decade of experience in the industry. As the operator of two PLACE teams serving Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Lawton, Missy oversees 27 partners and has been a PLACE Operator for three years.
Additionally, she is a coach with Forward Coaching, reflecting her deep passion for mentoring and empowering others in real estate. After starting her real estate journey in 2009 as a receptionist, Missy became licensed in 2013, added her first team member in 2017, and has been growing consistently since then. With a steadfast belief in coaching, mentorship, and surrounding herself with high-achieving individuals, she has built a thriving business grounded in relationships and expertise.
By the end of 2024, Missy has achieved an impressive lifetime sales record of 958 transactions, with 80% of her business originating from her sphere of influence, referrals, and client events.
